Butter Frosting
Simple and easy butter frosting for cakes

- 100g butter, softened
- 3 cups (450g) icing sugar mixture
- 1/4 cup (125ml) milk
- (optional) food colouring
- Mix softened butter at high speed in a stand mixer.
- Add icing sugar gradually scaping the sides of the mixing bowl.
- Add milk to mixture if it is getting dry.
- Add a couple of drops of food colouring for the desired colour.
