• 100g butter, softened
  • 3 cups (450g) icing sugar mixture
  • 1/4 cup (125ml) milk
  • (optional) food colouring

  1. Mix softened butter at high speed in a stand mixer.
  2. Add icing sugar gradually scaping the sides of the mixing bowl.
  3. Add milk to mixture if it is getting dry.
  4. Add a couple of drops of food colouring for the desired colour.
